Customer must email returns@theembrace.com to initiate returns within 14 days of receiving. Must be returned in original packaging with tag still attached, unworn and unwashed.
Customer responsible for shipping costs on refunds/exchanges. There is a $9.99 restocking fee that will deducted from the return amount once recieved.
